    Look for the option to enter a friend's code. These navigation labels come from the supplied plan; current app screenshots are still needed.

    Check that the app reports the code as applied. On an eligible trade preview, look for the 0.40% platform-fee line.

Can I add it after signing up?

Existing users can add a code for the platform-fee reduction if the wallet has no code set. Signing up earlier does not, by itself, rule out that fee reduction.

Check the referral field before assuming the wallet is eligible for a new entry. An existing code can prevent you from applying another one.

This guide covers the platform-fee setting. Do not infer eligibility for a separate promotion from a successful code entry or from the age of an account.

What about the Pump.fun website?

The reduced platform rate applies to eligible website and mobile-app trades from a referred wallet. Use the app to apply the code and verify the wallet setting.

If you trade on the website afterward, confirm you are using that same wallet. Look at the rate in the preview before submitting a transaction.

Terminal and third-party trading interfaces are different. The app platform fee is not charged there, so the referral reduction does not create a separate discount on those interfaces.

Can I change a code later?

Assume the wallet has one referral-code slot. Pump.fun may restrict changes after a code is set, so choose before confirming.

A different join link does not replace the code. If the app shows an existing referral, follow the not-working guide or ask Pump.fun support about the setting.
